The HH approach can be tailored to provide individuals with personalised training and support both at work and in their home life.
The challenges that people face at key points in their lives, ranging from job change, conflict at work, and changes in personal circumstances can be mediated by increasing self knowledge and understanding how behaviour impacts on those around us.
By moving behaviour out of the realm of personal criticism, this helps everyone to discuss their behaviour and that of others in a constructive way.
“My stress levels had reached an extreme point and my marriage was near collapse. I attended an HH programme and the one-to-one support I received afterwards saved my relationship. I wish I had this knowledge 20 years ago.”
“My world ended when my husband said he didn’t want me and had already met someone else. Getting through the divorce and handing all the financial issues were traumatic and there were some moments when I just wanted to end it all. I joined divorce support groups and had divorce counselling as well as having a therapist. Sadly none of this worked for me. A close friend recommended Hillcroft House as my situation worsened. The Hillcroft process is very different to the other things out there. Having gone through it I’m much stronger than before. I’m sleeping better and that’s without having any tablets.”
