Leadership

The HH approach moves behaviour out of the realm of personal criticism and helps everyone to discuss their behaviour and that of others in a constructive way.

The objectives of a HH Leadership programme are to provide each delegate with the knowledge, skills, attitude and behaviour to ensure that they will be able to work in a way that delivers high performing results.

It will maximise the sustainable benefit for the delegate and their organisation, creating win/win outcomes from day one.

Topics include:

  • Theories of Leadership
  • Self-Awareness and understanding the behaviours of others
  • Good, Partial and Ugly Emotional Intelligence
  • The Importance of Mindset
  • Managing conflict; managing expectations

During the course delegates will:

  • Learn about behaviour
  • Learn about preferred learning styles
  • Learn how to work with key strengths
  • Acquire knowledge of the tools required to be part of an extraordinary team

Delegates will also understand the key concepts of:

  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Mindset
  • Circle of Concern and Circle of Influence

Delegates will leave the day understanding how to develop strategies if events are not going to plan and have powerful techniques and skills to overcome challenges.

One-to-one support to help implement the techniques learned is standard after the programme
